To me Monster Hunter 3 is the best looking game I've seen on the Wii. I don't know, it just looks like a serious amount of effort went into the graphics and production. The kind of effort you normally do not see in Wii games.

Why can't more Wii games look like that?!
Check the thread, there are tons of pics and the trailers are amazing looking IMO. I think its because its an example of a proper game with a proper budget and development period. Too many developers just rush out games or half measure things because of assumptions about the platform. If you make a proper game with the right attitude and budget, you can do great stuff. But few developers make the effort.
I just played an hour and a half of Conduit. Suprisingly, despite my jokes, it's quite enjoyable. I will put impressions in the thread. Feels very much like Goldeneye and Perfect dark.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to playing this next week. The trailer is absolutely hilarious, and I'm very happy it has turned out well. Who needs all those overpriced retail games anyway? 'Splosion Man is only 10 bucks!
Wait, "Modern Warfare 2 to be £55"?? What is the typical full price?
RRPs for new full priced PS3 and X360 games normally vary between £40 - £50. never more than £50. and these are high street prices, which no one should ever have to pay if they have the sense to order online. online prices are typically £5-£10 cheaper at least
I still shake my head at this. Fine you don't want to get an actual Arab actor for Prince of Persia, okay then could they have at least tried for someone whose complexion couldn't be described as "pastey white?"
And look at that! Max and the Magic Marker looks even better since we saw the first video for it 2 months ago. They're coming up with more to do with the marker than just make bridge. Gonna be a winner I tells ya.

Expect a PSP port the same year!
No seriously, it does look good for a Wii game.

Congress level in Conduit is terrible.
In Resident Evil 5 I am at the part where you take cover behind stuff. I was wary about these parts but they are enjoyable
Thanks for the weekend updates Iggy
I've seen it before but hell, it's probably the funniest movie ever made.
Yes, this bit of Paper Mario papercraft actually moves!
