So, re: the Mortal Kombat 9 tease story above. It makes sense that they would bring it back Megaman style on XBLA and PSN... but now that Midway is gone who has the MK rights?

it may not be the greatest game or even one of the best mario games but at least it kept my interest long enough to complete every level (and the last level many many more times because andriana loves to watch mario rescue the princess and then she loves to do a silly dance with me to the music during the end credits.)

Meh don't worry Ask I don't listen to them either, well I listen to a little bit of a couple of them.....You make a point I can't refute! My mind is blown!!
Downloading it now....
Compare that first Tri shot with this one here. The lighting looks natural, the distant mountain tops look smooth because of it (fog too?), then in high res without the tricks used all you see is a grey smudge and sharp edges...
The game really looks its best on Wii, all the elements are made to fit in this particular rendering and lighting and when any of them is changed it just looks completely off and doesn't tie well anymore. Oh well, some of them there don't even have Wiis and just pirate shit yet don't admit it, then boast about the high res as if it's justification for it when many of them don't even have the top of the line systems required to run them, and many games, like Tri here, don't display properly... Even Mario Galaxy had missing stuff for the longest time (maybe fixed now).
