Playing some SNES games today. This system really holds up so well. Played Super Empire Strikes back -- it's hard.  Now playing Joe and Mac.  I'm going to try and beat it.  Nice big sprites, awesome music, nice scrolling and controls.  I remember the TG-16 version, this one seems just as good.

Oh yeah tried out the Max and Magic marker demo on WiiWare.

I don't like it. The visuals are great, but the gameplay demo did nothing for me. The character movement and jumping seems restrictive, having jump on the Z-button is no fun either. The marker on screen is huge and can sometimes block bits of the scenery. But a bigger problem is that everything you draw just drops out of the sky so you end up just making bridges. I've tried steps but you always have to prop them up on other bits of the environment.

leo you are just now finding out about jill i heard about her  a few months back and crapcom seems  getting lazy with the game they want a lot of characters but they don't want to use a lot of games, thats why tvc will end up the better game they made sure one character pure game series

- Sony has made phones for years, this will be Sony's first smart-phone. Many of them have had the abilty to play games. This device is coming from the Sony Vaio team, not SCE.

- This device is running Android, the Linux based operating system from Google. This is a free operating system on which there is no restriction of what applications can be used on it (unlike iOS or Windows Phone 7). Meaning it can run emulators of all flavors with no ability for the handset manufacturer, or Google preventing it (the Android store is rife with IP violations).

- Sony Ericcson's CEO Bert Nordberg said that they would be using Sony to "negotiate rights to game licenses"

- Mr. Nordberg also said "the 'PlayStation' phone will in fact carry Sony Ericsson's Xperia branding"

- If having access to a mobile -gaming app store makes it a "Playstation Phone" then, well congratulations for a huge stretch.

Yeah, I've never noticed a problem. Any games jump out at you as an example? I'm talking SNES, not N64.
