If you are lucky, you get the warning screen; some people just have their systems go black. No response, no warning, lights lit up but that's it... comes back up many, many minutes later, again, IF you are lucky.

There is a System Update already, if you manually go look for it.

The only thing I can absolutely confirm that it does is downloads a 3D Music Video to watch; If it actually fixes anything, no idea!

Ghost Recon is by far the best 3DS launch game!!! The game is awesome, its more Fire Emblem than Xcom, I enjoyed both a lot. The 3D effect is fantastic, it looks like you are looking down on a board game.
