Having said that I'm totally planning to pick up a FFXIII triology pack on Steam once XIII-2 and LR are released over there.

All we heard about the battle system of XV sounds dissapointing. Maybe it will work out, but so far I am sceptical. Also the ceiling as you said it, is lower for FF. I think FFXIII is better than Xenoblade so I am crazy. I think most every main FF outside 9 and 14 (obviously) and the early ones are better than Xenoblade. Xenoblade is a high 8, great game, most every FF game is a 9, excellent games.

You don't like the battle system either, most people did. There are some who find the side quests as all boring crap too, but I like them. Needs better presentation for side quests.

Speaking of which, it seems that Apple would like to think of the Ipad Air2 as more of a competitor to the Surface Pro range, with the reveal leaning more heavily on productivity suites and whatnot.  As long as they insist on keeping that crap mobile OS it'll never fly though.
