Ahhh, it's like we're living in 2010 again. What a nice nostalgia trip. I should start talking about pressing flowers and scrapbooking with Miyamoto again.
Fun fact, Pachter was the one "celebrity" that ever replied to me on Twitter.

Mark Hamill liked one of my posts. I felt so special.
I greatly dislike Gamepass. Not for a lack of value, but for the fact that if it's successful, it'll mean we'll truly not own our games ever again, not even in digital-only form.
At least when I buy offline digital games on PSN, XBX, Switch, Steam etc., and it gets delisted, I can keep playing it. With Gamepass, it's just gone. No thanks.
It was Sol but I got past him. You have to activate a shift account and then search for a friend's name. I could not find you but if you don't have a shift account then that would explain why. My name is TravoBasic.
The BL4 map is humongous. I've spent about 25 hours with the game I may have seen about 35% of the map unlocked. I just now made it to the second of four big areas in the game. Even if I stuck with just the main quests, this game could easily take about fifty or sixty hours to complete.
Been putting off the final two missions by hunting down every intelligence mission and playing Sabacc.
Apparently the included DLC has post game content.
It's a fun game with lots to do. It's not that the game is bad, but some bits feel like a missed opportunity. Stuff like being able to ride the creatures or jump into other ships like X wings.
Or interacting more with well known characters. It's no coincidence that when Lando arrives its the best the game feels.

I was just about to post the Shift account thing too...
I'll search for and add you tonight. I think I'm just Phantom_Leo but I'm not 100% about that...
Sounds like you're past me already anyway. I just freed Zandra and got the 3 cronies missions...
I've been picking off Vault key pieces, the propaganda speakers and random collectible missions; haven't been rushing the story quests at all! 😛
FF7 Remake Part 3 is being developed for Switch 2 simultaneously w/ PS5 version; "main dev team" working on Switch 2 version, dev going very smoothly
Interview:
So right now the development team is working on porting Rebirth to the Nintendo Switch 2 platform, and we are also working on developing the third game in the FF7 Remake project. So those two are going in tandem at the same time, but as for the third instalment, we do have designated teams working on each platform specifically. Our multiplatform approach will not impact development.
For Nintendo Switch 2 in particular, the development of both Rebirth and the third instalment are going very smoothly.
As for the Xbox version, like many other publishers, we did see some issues with the lack of memory [on the Series S] platform compared to the other platforms. As for the Switch 2 version, we actually have the main dev team working really hard on it, I think as a result, we are really confident in the end product.
Console players, PlayStation and Xbox, will continue to be really important to us. But when we look at the current market landscape, we look at the specs for the Switch 2, Steam Deck, the handheld devices are getting stronger and stronger, and really getting comparable to the consoles, like PS5 and Xbox. So we do want to keep our focus on the consoles too, but we want to keep the handheld devices and their audiences in mind too.

I need to play Rebirth. I got to Intergrade years ago before I sold my PS4.
My god I am an idiot! I'd completely forgotten I already owned Fable: The Lost Chapters on Steam. I bought it like 10 years ago on a sale. I booted it up last night, and it looks exactly how I remember the OG Xbox version looked, except it's running 1440p@100fps locked.
Fable Anniversay on XSS is a good version of the game, but the graphics look a little too different, IMO; darker and with more of a greenish tint, less bloom. The original PC looks much better with with lots of dreamy bloom and more vivid colors.
The only downside to the orignial PC version is there's no gamepad support; it's mouse/keyboard-only, which is why I didn't play it or remember it. BUT I have a program to convert keyboard/mouse to gamepad now! I'm going to give it a whirl this weekend.
So for those of us who own Mario 3D All Stars. There doesn't seem to be an upgrade path for Mario Galaxy on switch 2.
That’s lame. I have that but I also bought the SMG 1+2 Collection because I wanted the physical version. I guess it’s a good thing I did that.

Just realized that I own Fable: Anniversary on Xbox. Really enjoyed 2 and 3 but haven’t played this one yet. Really should do that some day.

Xbox Game Pass is being revamped. You know, prices are being jacked up.

That sucks.
Leo, how fo we play BL4 together? Could use a little help.
Dunno yet. I'll figure it out. Where are you stuck?

I plan to play with online on and the public can join at anytime.

Defeating Solvis just maybe one mission ahead of you, I believe. Its a big mission, too!

Yep, it's pretty disappointing.
Did we get a new GameCube release in September? It would make sense to release Luigi's Mansion this month.
