Nah it's ok. Just comment on your playthrough on the thread, I will join in soon enough. Then we will try to get an online match going later.
Sounds awesome, start the thread.
The cool thing is, Donna Summers performed it, but it was actually written by Cindy Wilson of The B-52's.
"In case you're not familiar with basic-cable reality shows, A&E's Storage Wars follows several people who make a living buying and reselling stuff they buy from auctions. The gimmick is that they're bidding on the contents of storage units, without really knowing what they contain. In a recent episode, one of the series' regulars pulls a grubby NES out of his newly acquired stash and immediately sees dollar signs. Maybe a little prematurely, as it turns out.
Visit A&E's site to stream the video and see the hilarity for yourself. There's a bunch of other boring crap in the episode, so here's what you need to see for maximum effectiveness:
3:30—We're introduced to Mark Balelo. He has a shiny shirt and his own theme song. He's also a real-life Ted DiBiase, as demonstrated by his fat stack of cash.
14:00—Now comes the good part: Mark digs through piles of garbage for treasure. What's this? Why, it's an NES. To the untrained eye, it doesn't look like anything special. Maybe that's why we don't have our own theme song. Here's what he has to say about his major score: "NES-001, guys. I want you to look at this very carefully. This is the first Nintendo DS built. The last one was sold with five games in the Internet for $13,000."
He's referring to an eBay auction from last year where an NES and five games did sell for about that amount. The thing is, the auction hit that price because of the scarcity of one of the games, not the NES itself.
18:30—It all builds up to this. Enjoy."
Well, Today I put everything I learned in From Dust to good use as I tried to fight flooding at my Mother's home. Unfortunately, my ability to move earth and produce lava with my breath didn't seem to work as well as it did in the game and we had to walk away from the catastrophe for the time being. That was my real-life adventure today. I PLAYED these this weekend:
You gentlemen?
For the PS Vita Peripheral I want is either HDMI Out or TV out so I can play my games on TV screen or my Computer so I wouldn't have people looking over my shoulder asking how I'm doing or asking what I'm playing.
That is the thing I hate most when I'm gaming is people looking over my Shoulder.
If there is a TV Out or HDMI Out can just tell them to look at the TV screen.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I continued on with New Super Mario Bros. I got up to the middle castle on Land 6. I'm quite pleased with my progress, but then my 2D Mario problems have always been contained to home consoles, and not the hand helds.
Morrowind is going nicely, I think I am a little bit shy of halfway through. I am at Level 20.
Also played a bit more of Champions of Norrath. For the first time in the game I feel a little under-leveled.
Also got back into Lost and the Damned. It's SO much better than I remembered (though at the time I had just finished GTA4).
That's not the first NES either, it's just the model number... Just among the (many, many) first models before any revisions to the design/innards. He finds out at about 18 minutes in here.
Edit: ah, you already mention that 18 minute mark. But the text didn't clarify it's not actually the first NES.
The optimist proclaims we live in the best of all possible worlds
while the pessimist fears this is true.

Oh yeah, I thought it was clear to everytone that this guy was clueless. Reading a model number as if it were a serial number
I should make it clear, that was all quoted from Game Informer too.
