The limit is pretty relaxed, I was worried too at first but now I've done almost all of them except a couple without a limit (and any I've not found yet I guess). If you explore and kill at least a few enemies of each type you meet, then you often will have all the items you need before even picking up one of the lesser quests, unless they specifically ask you to defeat enemies which you'll have to go and do right then (or just on the way to another proper quest or just while exploring, it's not like you have to focus on the task).

And I also knew what Zumba was. There's a zumba craze going on over here for the past few months. People (overweight ladies, mainly) gather by the beach for public sessions of zumba. It's atrocious. You drive by the beach at those unfortunate hours and the spectacle is horrid. Like a pod of beached whales contorting in agony.
