I can't remember the error number off the top of my head, but it detects the router, but it won't access it. Support managed to get it access the router by manually entering the IP, DNS, etc., but even then it still wouldn't connect to the internet even with all my firewalls and security passwords down.

It's happening to my Wii too. I can get onto Netflix with no issue, but whenever I try to go to the Shop Channel to get my old downloaded games it tells me to get a system update, but it's never able to read the system update. Anyway I'm feeling fucking defeated. Oh well, karma for me. I knew I shouldn't buy it and I kept it anyway.
