Why wonder about something so obvious? I only saw the single pic comparison though. Don't know how much more dev time is left on switch version.I wonder how much it's going to hurt them like it did on Wii U.
Talking with people in the comments would make me angry too. LOL
He had a kid recently too, so I'm sure there's a lot of stress and tension there for poor ol' Rich.
I think that the comparison picture is a bad screen grab, but even the screen of the ps4 version looks bad and unlike the ps4 version the Switch version is still in development. I would expect downgrades in general regarding Switch versions. There's some Steep video comparisons that don't look bad if you're interested. For DQ Heroes, though, the Switch version is a double pack where you heroes 1 and two. It also has new content and characters and they are using HD rumble to simulate textures in gameplay. Also, being a Switch game you can play it anywhere like a portable version - you can't do that on the other platforms well.
I think Switch multiplats will come down to the question of whether you want the best looking version on home consoles - or are willing to sacrifice some visual fidelity so you can play the game anywhere. I think most would choose the former, the question is whether those in the other camp number enough to make Switch versions viable. I myself am selling Lego City and Mario Kart 8 to have versions I can play anywhere. I'd also consider Skyrim, if it's value hadn't sunk like a stone.
But as with U, late ports of games months/years old aren't going to cut the mustard long term.
I would choose the latter. The idea of playing next gen games on the go is very appealing.

Holy crap it's Starcade. Up until a week ago I had completely forgotten that this show existed. Then, last week as I was researching some info about Mr. Do! I read something about the show and a bunch of memories came flooding back. Now Aspro posts this link.... this means something. There's something I must do...
