"it's clearly an Ampere architecture design, though it seems closer to the Ada Lovelace architecture"

Have you tried like a food lap tray for the mouse?
I could but WSAD works just fine. I have a a lap-desk but I don't use it for gaming or PC use. My keyboard is a bit smaller than most since it doesn't have the number pad, which makes it more comfortable on my lap. It lights up, so I can use it in a darkened room.
I know that word. Thank you, Duo Lingo!
Nintendo is going in hard on them. I get that they want to protect their products and all.
But this is a company trying to make products that will benefit Switch 2 owners. And they weren't the first to put out leaks and images and mock ups of the Switch 2 either.
They played with expectations for a bit of PR and now Nintendo is trying to legally throttle them?
Yeah, thats a bit much.
You can use a mouse on pretty much any surface. I use it on the flat arm of my couch, or my thigh (generally covered by fabric).
Unlike Hamster, when I play I use the controller whenever possible, practically never use mouse and keyboard, but it is still useful when using the gaming PC to watch streaming services, which since I go the Steamdeck is bascically what I use it for.
Well, on the other hand hand, it's not like Nintendo is shy about suing. They had to figure that things could play out like this.
Stsr Wars Outlaws is a confirmed game key card.
This weekend I mostly played Civ 6. I've been deep diving into several of the game's mechanics. The deeper one looks, the more one finds.
I also booted up No Man's Sky for a bit. I don't remember how to play this game at all.
It's is kind of puzzling. What did they think would happen by revealing the system before Nintendo? At best they'd lose whatever preferred vendor deal deal they had in place with Nintendo for a what? A very temporary pop in attention on social media? That was not well thought through.
Been continuing my way through Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 this weekend and absolutely loving it still. Unless things take a drastic turn for the worse this is a real consideration for my GotY.
I continued Oblivion and started Clair Obscur. I played very little to give an impression but did enjoy what I played. Unfortunately, my Game Pass will expire so I will not continue playing either of those games.
Oh, and I moved on to Dungeon Crawler Carl book 3. Kind of surprised. I'm enjoying this as much as I am, but it's now officially how I fill my gaps of quiet time.
Finished Case of the Golden Idol as detailed inthe completed games thread. Downoaded the sequel but smal text on Steamdeck lead to a refund request.
Tried Obra Dinn again... still doesn;t click with me. So not sure which game to play next. Considered Clarie Obscura, but it's $70 AUD on Steam. Kinda bummed figured I'd play Obra Dinn and Rise of the Golden Idol and that would sort me out for a couple of weeks. Don;t really wnat to jump into a big game just yet.
Really appreciate the 3rd person view and little animations for the characters. It's great seeing fan favourite characters return.
You also get to see young miles when working under Von Karma.
I just saw that Chibi Robo will be included in the GameCube online library. What a fun game that was. We definitely need Twilight Princess as well.
Ugh. I'm changing internet providers to get a better deal and unlimited internet, but of course the plug and play installation is not working. I've been on the phone with customer support trice already to no avail. They were going to call me back to plan for a technician to come by, but no call up till now. I'm calling them again in 15 minutes.
Also, everyone I've spoken to sounded suspiciously Surinamese so I'm guessing customer support has been outsourced. I'm usually pissed even when I get to speak to someone in the Netherlands.
