It looks good . . . but looks can be deceiving. I do hope it turns out well.
They have been for years.
And Ubisoft are doing the shovelling.
Yuck.
When you say flash media you mean like a flash hard drive or memory stick/SD card right? Not as in cartridge based games.
I think the story is confused. On the one hand its suggested the touch controls are on the back of the unit, which makes no sense. Other stories I've read suggested that it meant behind the screen, i.e just a touch screen. Then some have said its like a touch pad like control beneath the screen.
I'm still worried about the 3DS. Most games that used touch controls well had the action on the same screen. If the whole system is about 3D which an only be done on the top screen, touch controls are going be more like using a mouse than anything else.
I still can't get over someone making piecharts about how many games he's completed.
It's looking A LOT better to me.
Do you guys remember when I posted this pic in the Splinter Cell conviction thread? Back in the early version when Sam Fisher was dressed as a hobo and throwing office paper and chairs in people's faces? I got modded for it.
I'm not a fan of live action trailers, but that was pretty decent.
And Vader complains about 8 hrs with Cursed Mountain? You see this Vader? That's perseverance!
2. The pie charts make themselves.
3. Hi GG! I'm going to bed now.
From Gamespot's Goldeneye 007 hands-on:
"Overall, there’s a surprising amount of new content on display in Goldeneye 007 for the Wii. The majority of the game has been rebuilt (and parts of the script have been re-written with the aid of the original writer of the film) to incorporate new features and new tactics. But there are still plenty of throwbacks to the original, including the difficulty settings that feature different objectives for each map. One of these settings even lets you play in classic 007 mode with the old-style health and armor indicators. We’ll have more on Goldeneye 007 before its November release. "
Fuck yes? I'm trying not to get my hopes up but wtf this game keeps looking and sounding better every time I see it. The different objectives on different difficulty levels is something I've always loved about Goldeneye and the Perfect Dark games, and was one of the best things about PD Zero. It adds such a nice element of strategy to the games...I've always wished more companies would use the idea and can't understand why its never caught on.
Always wished Bungie would have did this with the Halo series....would have given the games even more replay value.
Updating now
Hey, get back here. Use the laptop in bed or something.
Cartridges for PSP2? No way. I say built in flash drive or something.
I loved that, you could play on easy, do some objectives and then go up one difficulty level and do the new stuff, then when you were ready you go up to the top. And I loved the cheat challenges.

Fallout: New Vegas pics. I get the feeling the reason Alpha Protocol disappointed was because Obsidian were too busy with Fallout, much like Treyarch fouled up Quantom of Solace because they were working on World At War.
Looks much better than Fallout 3:

I have a PSP. I haven't installed any custom firmware on it nor am I particularly interested in JRPGS.
I'd probably buy a PSP if I could install an Atari 2600 emulator on it.
No clue how you endured it or even why you did it, but congratulations all the same for finishing it.
- not being shown at Gamescom
- no assets available either
- Treyarch promises to make this experience as similar to the 360/PS3 versions as possible
- graphically better than Modern Warfare Reflex
- seeing some constraints during development, due to the bigger landscapes and destructible environments
- no Classic Controller support
- new details on or around Sept. 1st

So no Move support for PS3.
