I'd be stoked if Nintendo announce a new machine at E3 with modern tech. Seems almost too good to be true. Still, its kind of sad that their handheld is more powerful than their home console, so there's hope. Really, that's fucking sad. Its never happened and should never happen.

I'd say just based on the lack of software announcements for the Wii, Nintendo has got to have a successor for the Wii ready for launch soon. It would also explain why the 3DS got a somewhat awkward spring release without much of a first party launch library instead of waiting for the holidays.
Would be nice. Hopefully when they do announce it, they do it with a software showing like the 3DS had. Lots of variety and lots of 3rd parties.

Of course a new Nintendo console is coming, it will happen next year and beat out whatever new MS and Sony consoles will be coming out. I cant wait to see Zelda with modern graphics, oh wait we still have another GC graphics Zelda game first, so 4 years till the next one.
