This is kind of cool. I'm on Attack of the Show with the rest of the GI Joe crew tonight. Apparently it already aired a few hours earlier tonight but the replay is on again in about 2 hours. Debating if I'm going to stay up for those 2 seconds though.

And not only did I buy the game, I pre-ordered it, beat it and gave it an 8.5.  It's a awesome game.

So, wtf? A hd screen on the controller? How big is it going to be? What's the smallest size dimension wise that an at least 720p screen can be? And how is that thing going to be compatible with Wii games unless it's GC style and you use your Wii controllers for Wii games... Having a screen on the controller makes it sound really prone to getting damaged too, so not very kid or motion friendly... Maybe it's a tablet for touch games and the normal controller is something else.... Or maybe it's all bullshit.

We're talking about a company that brought a glasses-free 3D handheld out that people under 7 are advised not to use.  Nintendo is not bound by convention.

I think a lot of the details are bullshit. I think the story about a new Wii being shown at E3 is right on.  Now that Game Informer broke it IGN and CVG have come forward with their own sources.

I'm downloading the GameInformer podcast now so I can hear it straight from the guy who broke it to see how credible he is.

Well I just hope the normal controller resembles the Wii's in function... I don't wanna play FPS and the like without pointing... Hopefully they don't take a step back here to take a step forward elsewhere. Also, NOE better bring way more than Xenoblade before killing the Wii off. There's plenty time left until the next launch. I wonder why they show it so early. Maybe they feel confident they won't be copied due to MS and Sony wanting to prolong this generation. Still risky. Or maybe it's not something as innovative or unique, like the 3DS.
