I'm actually happy they're doing these color coded sku's and using that as a way to tell between premium and gimped. Makes it easy to know what you're getting, and I want a black system anyway. Plus, that's kind of how the Xbox 360 came to be known as well...people know the black 360's are the newer, better ones.

The stylus is stupid...who's going to use a stylus, really? especially since most games have you switching from screen to buttons constantly.

It comes with an AC adaptor for the GamePad, but not a charging stand? Wat. I take it that the stand is just something to stick it on while it's charging, then?

You must have seen footage of the way you can create user content with the stylus more accurately or how it's used for art programs. But also for precision touch screen games like this trailer for Balloon Trip in Nintendoland.

It will be cool for lots of things, internet browsing too with that touch screen and a gb of RAM should be fun as an easy and fast booting way to check out the net. Knowing Nintendo they won't pay the licence for Flash though. I will forever be reminded of how cheap I am staring at my white U which looks like the Wii 1. Damnit I want Black.

An adaptor is cool for the gamepad, if it was USB you would have a long trailing wire, whilst with an AC you can plug it in wherever you are in the house in a close outlet.

I have such a huge list of Wii games I want, but I can't even finish off Red Steel 2 and Boom Blox Bash Party or whatever the fuck it's called.

Ignore BBBP, the first game was enough. Red Steel 2 is easy enough. EO2 is fecking awesome, it's a wholesale expansion on the first game, a full on adventure. The only thing is that the environments and music are not as good, mainly because the music cuts out when some events happen whilst the first game would loop one nice track.

I think the stand is for putting it in front of the TV and using it as a sensor, or reading the map in Pikmin 3, or some shit to that effect.
